Luxury Picnic Experience - Observatory Hill

Our Luxury Picnic is made for couples and small groups. Pick your time, turn up, and your picnic is set up and waiting at Observatory Hill, The Rocks, on the highest point of the city, with views over the Harbour Bridge. When you're done, we pack everything away.

What's included

• Two hours at your picnic, which you can extend in 30-minute blocks

• Delivery, styling, setup and pack-down

• Low picnic table, rug and luxury cushions

• Flower vase and table styling

• Personalised message board (up to six words)

• Plates, cutlery, napkins, champagne flutes and water glasses

• A soft drink or juice for every guest, plus still or sparkling water

• Ice bucket and ice

• Bluetooth speaker

• Fairy lights and blankets for evening picnics

• 10 meals donated to OzHarvest for every picnic

Food and drinks

Food isn't included, so you only pay for what you want. Add graze boxes, our Six Course Luxury Bento, sliders, chocolate strawberries or a birthday cake when you book. Bring your own drinks at no charge, or add chilled champagne, wine, beer and cider from our licensed menu (order at least 24 hours ahead). We cater for most dietary requirements with at least 48 hours' notice.

Make it special

Couples' favourites: fresh rose petals, a Mr Roses bouquet, candlelight, our "Marry Me" letters, a photographer who stays out of sight, or an acoustic duo.

Good to know

• Pay in full, or a 50% deposit with the balance due 7 days before.

• Your first date change is free with 72 hours' notice. Cancel 7 days or more before for a full refund; 7 days to 48 hours, 50%; within 48 hours, no refund.

• If the forecast looks wet, we'll contact you 24–48 hours before with options, including a gazebo ($40) or a free move.
